Understanding the CAA: A Unique Perspective Whether you are new to the air regulations—or you’ve got decades of experience—the sheer vastness of the CAA often “silos” professionals into niche roles. While these roles are essential to air compliance, they also make it difficult to see the big picture. And without this perspective, compliance is more a quandary than a thoughtful process. This session will provide a high-level overview of the CAA that helps attendees understand how the Act was conceived and why compliance can be so complicated. Attendees will gain a basic understanding of the various programs, the pollutants each program regulates, and how the CAA is structured.
