Scott brings a decade of valuable experience in CAA; hazardous waste; DOT; and other health, safety and environmental regulations to McCoy. From climbing stacks for CAA testing to managing RCRA compliance, he’s seen a lot. Prior to coming onboard, Scott held program management and technical positions at Clean Harbors in Denver, Colorado. More recently, he led environmental compliance teams for Waste Management at General Motors assembly plants in Tennessee and Texas.
