Julia Gamas has been with the U.S. EPA since 2006. She has M.A.s in Economics and Environmental Science, and a Ph.D. in Geography. Julia’s interests and work in the air quality area include: future scenarios of energy systems, climate change, and transportation and land use interactions. Julia is also interested in streamlining business processes. She is currently leading the development of the Combined Air Emissions Reporting System, which is in its third version, and is co-chair of the CAER Product Design Team together with Tammy Manning from NC and Stacy Knapp from ME.
