Jessica Range is a Principal Environmental Planner with the City and County of San Francisco where she supervises environmental analysis and serves as technical specialist manager for noise, air quality, and greenhouse gases for the Planning Department. Mrs. Range is also a steering committee member for the Richmond-North Richmond- San Pablo AB 617 Community Health Protection Program. Mrs. Range holds a B.S in Natural Resource Management from UC Berkeley and a Master’s in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.
