Ms. Chun Yi Wu is a licensed Professional Engineer working in Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. She serves as a technical lead in the development of the Minnesota emission inventories for 28 years. She has participated in the E-Enterprise, Combined Air Emissions Reporting project since 2015 and co-lead several subprojects.

She has a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Health Science from the New York University and a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
