Mr. Chandan joined the Sout Coast AQMD in 2001 and is currently the Manager of the Refinery permitting and BACT teams in the Engineering & Permitting office. He oversees the permitting of the Refineries, Hydrogen Plants, Bulk Loading Terminals, and the development of new BACT listings. He has over 30 years of experience in Air Quality/Air Pollution Control. Prior to joining South Coast AQMD, Mr. Chandan worked for 12 years for private companies involved in source testing, consulting, and manufacturing air pollution control equipment. in various capacities solving air quality-related problems. He has extensive experience with projects involving NOx and VOC control technologies.
