I am a speaker and was told to be available for Q&A during the Live Event, what should I do?
Please access your session at the scheduled start time and plan to respond to any questions posted in the Q&A or chat session throughout the broadcast of your session. Detailed instructions on how to access this feature were emailed to you and can be found in the NANN Speaker Portal.
How can I send messages to other attendees?
When you complete your attendee profile, in the networking tab, check: “Share your profile with attendees and exhibitors?”. Then you will be able to send and receive messages via chat within the conference platform. Your email address will not be shared. To begin a chat with an attendee, click on their profile photo and select the chat icon at the top of the pop-up. In the conference app, select the "Connect with Attendees" icon, choose an attendee, then select "send message" at the bottom of the screen.
I am unable to hear any sound.
If you are unable to hear any sound at all, be sure your speakers are turned on, and your audio volume is not muted or too low within the live broadcast window.
The presentation slides or screen appear blurry.
If the slides or a speaker appear blurry at any point, it may be an internet connectivity issue. If you know that your connection is good, and after you refresh your screen, the images are still distorted, the issues are with the speaker’s connectivity.
What are the technical requirements needed to access the conference platform?
For the best experience during NANN's conference, please use Google Chrome, enable pop-ups on your browser, and do not connect through a VPN.
I am having trouble with the Video Feed.
If you are having trouble with the Video Feed, or not seeing any video at all during the time of the live stream event, try refreshing your browser. You can do this by clicking the circular refresh icon beside the URL or by holding down Ctrl+R buttons on your keyboard on a desktop/laptop.
TIP: You can also increase/decrease the resolution value of the stream. In the bottom right corner, you may see a number like 1080p. This is the highest resolution and most recommended. If you see a number lower than 1080p, click on the number to adjust the resolution.

When you are unable to view a Video Chat, there are a few different possible problems.
- Be sure you are viewing the Video Chat in Google Chrome.
- If you are unable to view the Video Chat, be sure you are not on your company’s VPN Security Settings. Disable this setting.
