As the manager of physician relations, Carolina is responsible for expanding and refining the Children's National referral network and maintaining relationships with referring physicians. Carolina leads a team of physician liaisons in the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia region. Prior to Children's National, Carolina worked for other healthcare institutions such as Penn Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, Prospira PainCare in Mountain View, California, and Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, Florida.
