This session will focus on the clinical recognition of hyperadrenocorticism, selecting appropriate patients for diagnostic testing, and comparative aspects of the various diagnostic and differentiating tests that are commonly (and uncommonly) used in clinical practice.

Recognize clinical features that should either prompt or preclude diagnostic testing for Cushing's disease
Understand the comparative aspects of the various diagnostic and differentiating tests
Be able to interpret diagnostic tests in conjunction with clinicopathologic data
Be able to interpret differentiating tests in conjunction with clinicopathologic data
