Pivot – Pivot. For those who watched the TV series “Friends,” Ross screaming to pivot is a funny sitcom moment. If you are in the workplace, being told to pivot is not amusing, nor is it always a welcomed change to your day. However, having a team that can pivot when faced with a crisis (such as a pandemic) is beneficial. Tack on accountability; you have something sought after and desired by colleagues and competitors.
