Actively managing culture requires that the leadership team has a clear understanding of what they want their culture to represent and to accomplish, and model healthy emotional behavior. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will explore how meaning and purposeful work are the foundations for workplace culture and how they can constructively influence these components. Activities to help teams identify and define shared culture, as well as welcoming and managing emotions in the workplace will be taught.
