90% of the neurologic examination is performed through observing animals walk. In this talk we discuss how to differentiate a neurologic from an orthopedic gait. The dreaded "Upper Motor Neuron (UMN)" vs. "Lower Motor Neuron (LMN)" are simplified with real world concepts. Through this application, different spinal segments can be identified. Lastly, tricky and peculiar walks can have pathognomic diagnosis. Together we defeat neurophobia!
