Dr. Alison Manchester grew up in Rochester, NY and studied art history at Tufts University before moving on to veterinary school at Cornell University. She completed a small animal internship at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. The westward trend continued with a Small Animal Internal Medicine residency at Colorado State University, and she became a board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 2018. Dr. Manchester is currently working toward a PhD focused on the immune dysregulation present in dogs and cats with chronic inflammatory enteropathy. When away from the lab, she enjoys watching non-American football, cooking, and spending time in the Northern Colorado outdoors.
