Chelsea Tripp, DVM, MS, DACVIM (O) founded Bridge Animal Referral Center in Seattle in 2015, a multispecialty hospital that focuses on comprehensive cancer care. Dr. Tripp received her DVM degree from the University of Missouri and completed an internship at Animal Cancer Specialists in Seattle. She practiced in the area after completing her three-year residency in medical oncology at Washington State University. Additionally, she completed a Masters at Washington State University looking at the methylation status of lymphoma in dogs. Dr. Tripp’s areas of interest include client education, oncologic emergencies, clinical pathology, clinical trials, palliative care and improving the quality of life for end-stage cancer patients. She is an international speaker on the topic of electrochemotherapy and was the first to offer this technique on the West coast of the United States. The focus of her approach to the practice of oncology is compassionate care and making sure every moment matters. She is an 8 times Paul Harris Fellow and active member of the Alderwood-Terrace Rotary. She resides in the Edmonds area and is the proud parent of three schnauzers, Ward, Brix & Boyd.
