In this session, Dr. Olivry will introduce the concept of molecular allergology, and discuss the difference between testing with allergen extracts and molecular components. Advantages of molecular allergology will be presented. Nextmune's new molecular allergology IgE sensitisation test, the Pet Allergy Xplorer (PAX) will be introduced to delegates, and examples of its usefulness will be shown using clinical cases.
