This case-based panel dialogue will summarize and communicate key clinical findings and practical management (diagnosis, therapy, prevention) strategies related to endoparasites (GI worms) in dogs and cats. Panel members (5) will consist of a diverse group of well-respected (and light-hearted) experts encompassing: general practitioner, companion animal parasite council (CAPC), small animal internal medicine, infection control, zoonoses, and management of dogs in group settings.

Learning Objectives:

Feel comfortable and confident facing off against these common (and emerging) infectious diseases
Be well-equipped with expert- and evidence-based resources regarding parasitology diagnosis and treatment
Be able to assist with pet-owner communication on One Health (zoonotic, environmental, antimicrobial stewardship) and emerging concerns
