In this lecture, we will focus on user-friendly techniques to give practitioners more tools to deal with challenging wound closure situations and oncologic resections. Basic principles of tension-relieving suture patterns, stent sutures, skin stretching and reconstructive surgery will be discussed so practitioners go away feeling that they have an armamentarium of tools to manage their most challenging wounds.
