Dr. Andra Ponson joined Virbac in December 2022 as the Field Services Technical Veterinarian for the Gulf Coast Region. For 15 years, she practiced small animal medicine and surgery in a large, progressive practice in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr Ponson received her DVM from Louisiana State University, School of Veterinary Medicine. She lives in New Orleans with her husband, 3 step children, and their two dogs, Lucky (King Charles Cavalier) and Clancy (Golden Retriever). Her hobbies include traveling, cooking, long distance running, and hiking.
