Dr. Mark Mogler is the Principle Scientist at Merck Animal Health. He previously worked with Harrisvaccines, where he led vaccine discovery and development efforts for a range of veterinary diseases, including porcine epidemic diarrhea, highly-pathogenic avian influenza, foot and mouth disease, and more. Dr. Mogler has provided technical guidance to regulatory affairs staff for product- and platform-focused product licensing applications and has served as Principal Investigator on several federal research grants and contracts through USDA and DHS. In 2015 Dr. Mogler was named "Chief Scientific Officer of the Year", honored for his role in developing Harrisvaccines' most impactful product in 2015 - Avian Influenza Vaccine, RNA.
