At NVA, he leads a team of facilitators and coaches dedicated to helping veterinary professionals overcome personal and professional stressors. A Marine Corps combat veteran, Turpin also has over 20 years of championing the well-being of military veterans by facilitating integration retreats, including the Freedom Foundation of Valley Forge, Freedom and Honor, and the PA Yellow Ribbon Program.
