Elizabeth J. Davidson is an Associate Professor of Sports Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, New Bolton Center. Dr. Davidson received her DVM from Michigan State University followed by an equine internship at Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital in Snohomish, Washington. She obtained her surgical residency training at PennVet’s New Bolton Center and has remained on faculty. She is Diplomate in the American College of Veterinary Surgeons and the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Davidson has areas of expertise include sport horse lameness and poor performance. She is passionate about assessment of ridden horse and those horses affected with neck and back pain.
