He combines more than 20 years of veterinary experience, a post-graduate diploma in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology, and education in Positive Leadership and Positive Organizational Scholarship. Through his company, Flourish Veterinary Consulting, Josh is on a mission to empower veterinary leaders with the skills and practices of Positive Leadership so they can cultivate workplaces in which thriving is possible. Fun fact – Josh is also an avid beekeeper who teaches beginning beekeepers how to tend to their buzzing buddies.
