This interactive session will engage participants in the concept of cultural conditioning. Cultural conditioning is the process where information from the environment is absorbed and translated into our norms and behaviors. Participants will be encouraged to explore areas in their life where cultural conditioning has taken shape and identify ways to interrupt and reverse the process.
