As the number of pet owners grows, we are increasingly aware of the barriers to care. It might be because veterinary clinics are busy, or it might be related to cost, transportation to the clinic, as well as the need for assurance that the practice welcomes the diversity of pet owners. This session will outline the challenge to improve access to care and offer tips to improve it.
