The turnover rate in veterinary practices has never been higher. Starting a new hire on a path to success and a long tenure at your business has never been more important. We’ll learn that onboarding starts well before the first day of work and doesn’t end at the conclusion of their first day. Creating a consistent onboarding process for future new hires will prevent unneeded turnover, get staff to a productive level faster, and could make you the top of the best places to work list!
