The Merck Veterinary Wellbeing study showed clearly that practice culture has a large role to play in the well-being of veterinarians and in decreasing burnout. This session will focus on real-world examples of cultural shifts that have happened in multiple types of practice from small independent practices to large corporate practices. The panel discussion will focus on recognizing the current culture and steps to take to institute positive change.
