Session Description: This session will explore the need to better integrate and address issues of end of life and palliative care into discussions with people living with a range of vascular conditions. Often these discussions are avoided or left too late, and this session will provide practical information and guidance on how to ensure open and safe discussions that are culturally appropriate and timely.
