My name is Daniel Schwade Araujo and I am a PhD. student in Applied Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba. I am passionate about using science to help people live longer, better, and healthier lives. My research focuses on the prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and frailty in older adults. During my PhD., I will investigate the relationship between serum metabolomic profiles, CVD, and frailty status in a cohort of 1,018 older females.
