Dr. Victoria David is a clinician educator with a specialization in hematology and thrombosis medicine. She completed her residency in hematology in 2021 and worked as a Clinical Scholar at McMaster University until June 2023. She recently joined the University of Calgary Division of Hematology as a Clinical Assistant Professor. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. David is also passionate about medical education and recently completed a Master of Education in the Health Professions from Johns Hopkins University, School of Education. In 2022, she was awarded the Robert Maudsley Fellowship for Studies in Medical Education as well as a CanVECTOR Research Training Award. Dr. David's research focuses on consultative skills, and she is particularly interested in exploring the ways in which these skills can be taught and developed among medical learners.
