Dr. Hadi Toeg graduated from University of Ottawa Heart Institute in 2017 under the study of Cardiac Surgery. He underwent advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, and lung failure at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He was recruited to work closely with the team at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL, where that year they peformed a state record of 56 heart transplants. He was recruited back to his native town of Ottawa and currently performs all aspects of adult cardiac surgery with focus in advanced heart failure surgical therapies.
