Learning Objectives / Objectifs d'apprentissage:

At the end of this session participants will be able to / Au terme de cette conférence, vous serez:

explore various avenues and opportunities available for medical students and residents to engage in medical education, such as teaching, curriculum development, and mentorship programs;
identify resources and support networks that can aid in the pursuit of a career in medical education, including professional organizations, conferences, and online platforms; and
discover effective strategies for success in medical education, including building relationships, developing teaching skills, and fostering a commitment to lifelong learning and teaching.

Session Description: This session will be divided into three different sections for medical students and residents interested in medical education. Speakers from across Canada will share their experience and advice on how to get involved in medical education. We hope to create longitudinal and meaningful mentorship through this session.
