By early 2023, maternal-fetal medicine subspecialists and their patients will be months into a “post-Roe” world, with the availability of essential, accessible abortion care widely varied and dependent on the laws of the state in which one practices and lives. This workshop will highlight strategic collaborations designed to mitigate the impact of abortion restrictions on maternal-fetal medicine practice. Participants will gain an understanding of the partnerships needed to navigate inequitable access to abortion care and improve patient access and clinical training opportunities.

Familiarize yourself with effective strategies to build referral networks that can assist patients experiencing inequitable access to necessary care
