Risk related to climate change is constantly evolving and poses unique challenges to communities across the country and world. Those working in the planning field are often part of decision-making processes that include managing the understanding of current and future risk.
Participants share experiences, listen to other planners’ stories, and discuss exciting opportunities and potential challenges. Hear examples of different climate adaptation decision making approaches at the following scales: homeowner, municipality/city, state, and regional.
Panelists all represent climate adaptation projects that value coproduction of knowledge and bring that perspective into their presentations and discussions with audience members.
