Harriet Lai Ross is the Associate Deputy Executive Officer of the Delta Stewardship Council, a State agency. She is a recognized expert working at the intersection of planning, science and climate resilience. She has over 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, while implementing award winning land use and environmental plans grounded in equity. She is experienced in leading and managing diverse teams, and often works with various interests to reach common ground. She routinely partners with all levels of government and private entities. Harriet has a Masters in Urban Planning from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Science in Enviromental Studies and Bachelor of Arts in Geography from UCSB.
