Tim Bates has been the Transit Coordinator of Corvallis Transit System (CTS) since 2007. He led the transition of of CTS to fareless service in February 2011. Tim is now transitioning CTS into the world of Battery Electric Buses, the first two of which will be put into service in the summer of 2023.
