Carlton Hart has over 25 years of public sector experience working for local planning agencies in Massachusetts and Virginia. Currently he’s a senior urban planner working in Washington, DC with the United States Commission of Fine Arts which provides aesthetic and design advice on federal and district buildings, memorials, monuments and parks. His experience also includes reviewing large projects in the National Capital Region and overseeing the update for cell antenna guidelines for another federal agency, the National Capital Planning Commission. In addition, Carlton served as Vice-Chair of the District of Columbia Board of Zoning Commission for 3 years and is a member of the American Planning Association and the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He is currently serving on an Advisory Committee for Planning2050, representing the AIA.
