Marley Bice, AICP is the Community Planning Assistant Manager at the Montgomery County Planning Commission (MCPC) where she has worked for over 10 years. Ms. Bice works with regional planning commissions and municipalities of all sizes on projects ranging from ordinance updates and land development reviews to comprehensive plans and historic resource inventories. Recently, Ms. Bice served as project manager for a two-year, multi-disciplinary project to complete a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Model Ordinance & Guidebook that centered on an innovative station area typology concept that she developed. The TOD Model Ordinance & Guidebook received the 2022 Award for Projects, Programs, and Practices from the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association. Ms. Bice received a Masters of City and Regional Planning from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning & Public Policy at Rutgers University and a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Geology & Environmental Science from the College of William & Mary.
