Landscape Architect and Project Manager

Rachel Edmonds has more than a decade of experience as a landscape architect, planner, and project manager at MIG, Inc. Her work focuses on cultural landscape sites and related projects across Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. She has contributed to the design and planning for iconic sites such as Yosemite Lodge in Yosemite National Park, the South Park Blocks and the Thompson Fountain in Portland, Oregon, Bush's Pasture Park in Salem, Oregon, Brooks Camp at Katmai National Park & Preserve, and the Lighthouse at Point Reyes National Seashore. Her experience includes site analysis, identifying opportunities and constraints, working with an interdisciplinary team to identify actionable treatments and design solutions and alternatives development that meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards, as well as detailed design construction document services.
Rachel earned graduate degrees in both City Planning and Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. She has been with MIG, Inc. since 2010. A native of Portland, OR, she's also lived in Washington, D.C., and the San Francisco Bay Area.
