Erin Landis is the Water Programs Manager at Wissahickon Trails, a nonprofit in the greater Philadelphia region that works to engage diverse communities of people to protect and enjoy the land and waterways of Wissahickon Valley. We believe that people benefit when nature thrives. Wissahickon Trails is a part of the Delaware River Watershed Initiative, a collaboration of organizations across four states funded by the William Penn Foundation that works to conserve and restore the streams that supply drinking water to 15 million people in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Through this initiative, Wissahickon Trails has worked with various community partners to implement stormwater management projects that improve the health of waterways and the communities surrounding them.
