Racquel Reddie currently serves as Managing Director of Community Development for the National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST). As Managing Director, her role includes working on Community Development initiatives across NCST’s footprint that support comprehensive affordable housing and neighborhood stabilization strategies. Racquel also manages the national Middle Neighborhoods initiative organized by NCST and advised by a national Steering Committee of practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and funders. Prior to joining NCST, Racquel was a Senior Business Development Manager for Fannie Mae’s HCD Community Lending Group where she managed large national Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and Small Affordable Lender relationships. Racquel has been involved with Community Development initiatives and programs throughout her twenty plus year career in banking/financial services and affordable housing which began in Florida. Racquel received her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Florida (USF) and a Bachelor’s of Science from Florida State University (FSU). Racquel is also a USF Institute of Government Community Real Estate Development graduate and Alumni. Racquel currently serves as Chair of the national Board of Directors for Community Housing Partners and is also on the Community Advisory Board for Neighborhood Lending Partners, a Florida based CDFI.
