Jessica Noon is the Sustainability Manager for Philadelphia International Airport and Northeast Philadelphia Airport for the Philadelphia Division of Aviation. Ms. Noon oversees sustainability initiatives including carbon emissions tracking, renewable energy development, fleet electrification, waste diversion and climate change mitigation for Philadelphia’s airports. Prior to her current role, Ms. Noon led the policy and partnerships team for the City of Philadelphia’s innovative green stormwater infrastructure program, and has worked in sustainability planning and environmental policy for the City of New York, the New Jersey Sustainable State Institute and Sarasota County, Florida. Jessica Noon is a graduate of the New College of Florida and earned her Masters in City and Regional Planning from the Bloustein School of Rutgers University.
