Once known as Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS), Digital Eye Strain (DES) is an important issue in today's world. DES is a result of overusing computers, laptops, tablets, and other digital devices. Overuse can cause eye strain, headaches, and neck discomfort to name a few. This course looks at lens options, ergonomic recommendations, and useful tips we can share with our patients/customers.
