Commonly encountered lid pathologies are reviewed, including characteristics, differential diagnoses, and options and techniques for treatment. Home- and office-based therapies, pharmaceutical interventions, and surgical options will be discussed, including injections, excision, incision, ablation, and curettage lid procedures.
