Frame adjustments can make or break a patient's confidence in their optician's abilities. In this workshop, you can refresh your knowledge on standard alignment, the Fitting Triangle, the order of adjustments, basic and advanced adjustments, and troubleshooting patient complaints.

Demonstrate proper adjustment techniques from the front to the back of the frame
Understand how to troubleshoot and correct fitting concerns through patient complaints
