This course will review the pathology behind some retinal cases that are not commonly seen. New and old thinking in the management of these retinal conditions will be covered, along with pitfalls in the diagnosis of these conditions.
Learning Objectives:
Upon conclusion of this activity, attendees will be able to:
Enhanced ability of the attendee to better identify and manage uncommon retinal lesions
Review the pathophysiology behind these uncommon retinal lesions
Obtain an enhanced understanding of the systemic complications that can coincide with these uncommon retinal lesions
Recognize specific retinal clinic signs warranting referral for additional lab work
