"If only Cargill knew what it knows" - The KM corporate teamed up with a business unit to develop a platform that both captures our internal knowledge and makes it available to the company worldwide. Cargill R&D is creating knowledge daily that often remains in our R&D colleagues' brains or at best, in their computers. This tacit knowledge needs to become explicit and available digitally and in a digested manner for the rest of our internal community. This project was managed agilely, which allowed the development team to create a platform matching their users' needs. During this session, you will learn about this exciting journey and how the team navigated the different aspects including IT collaboration, translating knowledge into eLearning, working with L&D, and managing the fast-pivoting needs of audiences and different Business Units.
