Process frameworks are valuable tools for any organization. They can be applied for a wide range of benefits including speeding up process discovery work, establishing a common language for processes across an organization, and diminish redundancies in process work.
In this session, APQC will walk through the origins and evolution of the Process Classification Framework (PCF)®, discuss the different ways it is commonly used and share ideas for how the framework can be enhanced to be even more powerful for organizations.
APQC will first give perspective, and then, challenge the participants to share how they have used the framework, what works, what may not, and what is missing that would make it easier to adopt, adapt, and apply for business value. Come prepared for an engaging session and with your ideas to help APQC continue to enhance the PCF® suite of products, tools, and research.
