Lynda has over 20 years of experience in Knowledge Management (KM), leadership and organizational development, strategy development, process improvement, coaching and change management. Most of her career was spent with Collins Aerospace, some time with Astellas Pharma U.S., and now, APQC.
She has developed KM strategies from the ground up while partnering with key leaders and stakeholders to help companies get the best value out of all knowledge assets through establishing communities of practice, capturing and curating lessons learned and facilitating knowledge transfer programs. Her primary focus has been on establishing a culture of learning and knowledge sharing through the application of unique change and coaching principles.
She has contributed to numerous KM best practice research studies and advanced working groups with APQC and has been a regular speaker and facilitator at APQC’s annual KM conference, including a featured Accelerated Knowledge Transfer speaker in 2019. Lynda has a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a BS in Business Management. She is an iPec Certified Professional Coach and a PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional.
