DAB converters under triple phase shift (TPS) modulation can broaden the zero voltage switching (ZVS) range. Conventionally, to model ZVS conditions, the piecewise approach and harmonic analysis are two primary methods. However, the conventional ZVS modeling methods suffer from inaccuracy and heavy computational costs. To overcome these, a data-driven modeling approach is proposed for ZVS conditions (DM-ZVS). DM-ZVS can achieve high modeling accuracy and low computational cost simultaneously. With DM-ZVS, full ZVS operation over the entire working conditions can be achieved automatically. 1 kW hardware experiments validate the feasibility of the proposed DM-ZVS.
