This digest proposes integrated magnetics that minimize CM noise in isolated resonant converters. Compared with existing works, magnetic integration and CM noise reduction are implemented synergistically. Based on winding layout requirements, a symmetrical magnetic core is built. Moreover, several CM noise cancellation techniques, based on the proposed CM noise model, are provided to enhance the CM noise suppression capability of integrated magnetics. By embedding dielectric layers within the magnetic structure, regulated CM capacitances are obtained and better performances are validated by simulations. A large attenuation obtained for CM noise with close to -88.3dB for 1 MHz and -90.52dB for 10 MHz and -69.571dB for 100 MHz. An experimental prototype and inductance measurement results are also included.
